Club Nights

The Wellington Section holds Club nights at Turnbull House on the first Monday of the month. New members are welcome.  Some members meet for dinner at the Backbencher at 6.30pm, and then at Turnbull House from 7.30pm. Meetings start at 8pm with club business and a speaker.

Indoor Climbing

Fergs on the Wellington waterfront, charge only $5 for NZAC members on Monday nights, and $8 at other times, on production of your NZAC card.

Freyberg  (on the back wall of the Freyberg pool, at Oriental Bay) is free, and great on a sunny day, so try it out. But don’t forget to pull on your shades!
