  1. Minutes of Last Meeting & Matters Arising

    The minutes of the 2002 AGM were presented and accepted as a valid record.

  2. Annual Report
    3.

    The Annual Report was presented by the Chairman, Alan Lowrie.

    Alan Lowrie thanked the members of the 2002/03 Committee and all volunteers who were involved in running Club activities for the year, especially Cathy MacLean for her four year term as Treasurer.

    The Annual Report was accepted as a record of the Section activities for the year.

  3. Treasurer's & Auditor's Reports

    These were circulated in the April Newsletter.

    The Treasurers and Auditors Reports were accepted.

    Judy Reid agreed to be the Patron for the 2003/04 year.

    7. John Nankervis thanked Alan Lowrie for his three year term as Chairperson. A loud round of applause was given.
